Before you get started with Bitizens, we want your attention to a few ban reasons that may cause a temporary or permanent ban within the game, restricting the possibility to play it or withdraw your tokens from the game.

We take the security and game economy very seriously. That's why we implemented a blacklist in our contract and we will block all bots that enter to bleed the game.

These policies aim to remove all bad actors from the project. Holders and players shouldn't worry, as these rules were not made to affect you.

Ban reasons:

• Using more than 01 account per device.

• Using bots to gain advantage

• Finding a bug and exploiting it, instead of report it.

• Using more than 3 accounts from the same IP address (home).

• Any kind of cheating.
