In summary:

In details:

There are 5 important topics that you need to know:

  1. The Importance of Stamina

  2. The Influence of Graduation

  3. The Influence of Skills

  4. The Length of a Job

  5. The Advantages of Transport Modes

1. The Importance of Stamina

  • A Bitizen can only be sent to work if stamina is available

  • Each accepted job consumes one stamina

  • Stamina can be recharged daily by Resting (renting a place)

  • The rented property type influences on how many staminas are generated

  • Rest is instantaneous, you don't need to wait.

2. The Influence of Graduation

Once a Bitizen has available stamina, it is ready to go work. In order to do, go to a Bitizen's page and click the button "Go to Work"

When starting up this command, 10 available job and their salaries will show up:

  • 5 jobs requiring Middle School

  • 3 jobs requiring High School

  • 2 jobs requiring College

Jobs are offered randomly out of a server list with hundreds of options and will not necessarily be equivalent to the greater skill of your bitizen. Salaries are obviously higher for higher-grade jobs.

3. The Influence of Skills

Every bitizen has abilities that are called skills. They allow you to discover the work environment in which a bitizen feels more productive and generates more BTZ.

  • Each job spot has an emphasis on one of the skills.

  • That Skill number generates an extra bonus from 0.2 BTZ to 2.0 BTZ.

4. The Job Length

  • The total time a bitizen spends on his/her work is 4 hours.

  • A bitizen can only perform a new job when the previous is completed.

  • Therefore, bitizens can only be sent back to work after 4 hours (if stamina are still available)

5. The Transport Advantage

If you want to optimize your time, Transport Modes allow players to schedule the next group of jobs of a bitizen automatically. Enabling players to access the game only once a day.
